Important information

We sell some of our products, such as face creams, face gels, BB creams and eye creams in airless packaging without a dispensing tube according to the vacuum principle. This has the main advantage that the cosmetic product in the jar does not come into contact with the air and become contaminated. As a result, it has a longer shelf life.  Moreover, airless jars are extremely convenient and economical to use, because the internal pump squeezes every last drop of the product out of the container.

The dispenser does not work, what could be the reason?

In very rare cases, the dispenser may fail to create a vacuum. If this occurs, it is worth trying this simple little trick:

1. Unscrew the pump from the jar, then screw it back on tight! Remember, the dispensing tube is not included!
2. Turn the jar upside down and shake it a few times to free the jammed pump.
3. Press the pump a few times until the product starts to flow from the dispenser.
